Sally had a collection of emerald jewellery she wanted remodelled into a platinum ring as she no longer wears yellow gold.
Sally had seen a cluster ring made by us that she wanted to draw inspiration from.
-
Platinum cluster style ring set with emeralds in: marquise-shape, round-shape and princess-cut.
Round diamonds separate the emeralds in a random look layout. The band is 3.5mm wide with a flat profile.
-
Although the emeralds and diamonds look random, careful consideration was given to the positioning of these gemstones.
In order to discover the balanced format of the emeralds, all gemstone were unset and arranged in a number of formations until the final layout was revealed.
-
“I opened the package on Mothers Day and it’s first wear was to The Devil Wears Prada 2…which I thought was very fitting!
It fits perfectly on my index finger and I’m loving it. So nice to be able to wear all my emeralds once again.
Thanks so much.” - Sally H

Julie was looking to remodel her old rings into a modern ring stack.
The look she was after was a sleek finish, something strong and durable to withstand everyday wear and tear.
She also wanted a wide chunky look.
Julies style preference was “something different but not too unusual“
-
Top ring: Emerald cut blue sapphire and two baguette cut sapphires bezel set on the left side of the ring. On the right side of the ring sits an emerald cut white diamond and one baguette cut diamond. All gemstones are bezel set in white gold.
Lower ring: 6mm wide yellow gold band set with - 1 x baguette diamond, 2x baguette sapphires and 6 x round diamonds.
Flat profile, polished finish -
Setting the gemstones into a sleek bezel was a design choice that captured both a modern look as well as a secure setting.
The top ring was made in a way for the lower band to sit snug underneath the main gemstones.

“…Communication was clear, Lisa understood the brief and designs were drawn on time (with options provided). The remodelling is amazing. They are modern and a beautiful memory of my family. I was impressed with the experience, Lisa’s fabulous design and her clear understanding and delivery of what I wanted. I recommend Lisa and Set Together Jewellery Design for the quality service provided…” Julie T.

Bonnie wanted to remodel her rings into a new design as a graduation gift for her daughter.
She wanted something unique and a little quirky with a fine band. A ring suitable for a woman in her early 20’s.
-
An elongated octagonal green sapphire set into a bezel setting that sits at an angle on the ring.
The center stone is framed by three small round diamonds on the right side and one small diamond on the left side.
The band is 2mm wide with a half round profile.
-
The center stone was set in a bezel setting for security. The angular orientation of the center stone was chosen to make the ring a little unique.
The diamonds were added to the ring design in an asymmetrical fashion to lean into the quirky style.
-
“The ring you made is perfect, I couldn’t be happier with the outcome, thank you so much” - Bonnie
