Remote jewellery design service | Step by step

The initial jewellery consultation is free of charge.
We discuss ideas for a bespoke jewellery item or engagement ring while offering practical advice and guidance where needed.
We also discuss timeframe and budget during the consult.

If you choose to engage with our services, a $500 deposit is required to begin the gemstone sourcing and jewellery design phase. This is credited to the whole job.
We contact a range of suppliers in search for the perfect sapphire or diamond for our client. Videos and photos are taken in various lighting and sent for approval.
The design is hand sketched with detailed notes for visualisations purposes.
Adjustments are made to the design if required.

Once the gemstone has been chosen and the final design approved, a 30% deposit for the job is required.
The ring is then made on-site at the Set Together Jewellery studio on the Sunshine Coast, QLD, Australia.
Once completed, the item is sent to your address via registered express post.
The process from start to finish takes about 8 weeks.

Payment schedule for engagement rings online
Step 1 - Discovery Call
Free of charge
Step 2 - Gemstones Sourcing
$175AUD (Credited back on completion)
If you’d like to view the gemstones in person, the full amount for each stone is charged with postage, you are refunded the total amount for each stone returned.
Step 3 - Design phase
$175AUD (Credited back on completion)
We ask for a small deposit to cover the design costs should you choose not to go ahead.
Step 4 - Manufacturing
A 30% deposit for the total amount is due.
Step 5 - Ring Completed
The final 70% less 350AUD for the design and gemstone sourcing fee is due, once received we post the ring out to you.
