Step 1 | Initial Consultation
Every successful custom engagement ring or bespoke jewellery item starts with a conversation. This is where we take the opportunity to get to know our client and what they love the most in a bespoke jewellery item. Our experienced jewellery designer offers advice tailored to your vision with practical and knowledgeable insights.

Step 2 | Gemstone Sourcing
We carefully select a range of gemstones that match your vision. We then send photos and videos, and arrange a virtual meeting to help you choose the one that suits you best, while answering any questions you may have. If you'd prefer to view the gemstones in person, we also offer shipping options for you to explore.

Step 3 | Design Phase
If designs are needed, we provide three sketches for your feedback and superimpose each gemstone configuration in scale over an image of your hand to ensure the design complements the shape of your finger. If you already know what ring you want, skip this step.

Step 4 | Final Approval and Manufacturing
One final rendered sketch of your ring is created, showing the design beneath the setting as well as all measurements. Once approved, we begin the manufacturing process. Your new bespoke jewellery piece is then securely shipped to your address.

Bespoke Custom Engagement Rings Online Cost
Our custom engagement rings start at 4000AUD.
The average amount spent on an engagement ring is between 7000AUD and 10,000AUD.
Here is a breakdown of the payment schedule for our custom online engagement rings.
Step 1 - Discovery Call
Free of charge
Step 2 - Gemstones Sourcing
$175AUD (Credited back on completion)
If you’d like to view the gemstones in person, the full amount for each stone is charged with postage, you are refunded the total amount for each stone returned.
Step 3 - Design phase
$175AUD (Credited back on completion)
We ask for a small deposit to cover the design costs should you choose not to go ahead.
Step 4 - Manufacturing
A 30% deposit for the total amount is due.
Step 5 - Ring Completed
The final 70% less 350AUD for the design and gemstone sourcing fee is due, once received we post the ring out to you.
