Be guided by an experienced jeweller throughout the engagement ring journey, from sourcing a high quality sapphire, lab or natural diamond, through to refining the details of the ring design.

The engagement ring journey begins with a phone call or an in-person consultation.
Your initial consultation is complimentary and gives us the opportunity to get to know one another, discuss your ideas, and determine whether we're the right fit for your project.
Throughout the entire process, you'll work directly with jewellery designer, goldsmith and gemmologist Lisa Clune. Having one point of contact from concept through to completion ensures clear communication, expert guidance, and a seamless design experience.
During your consultation, we'll discuss your preferred ring styles, gemstone options, budget and timeframe before providing an initial design direction and an estimated quotation for your engagement ring.

Once you've decided to work together, Lisa begins the design phase by creating scale hand-drawn sketches based on your ideas, style preferences, and the features you'd like to incorporate into your engagement ring.
At the same time, she contacts a trusted network of local and international gemstone suppliers to source suitable centre stones for your project.
How to choose a sapphire | Tip’s from a Gemmologist
To commence the design and gemstone sourcing phase, a 500AUD design deposit is required. This amount is fully credited towards the final cost of your engagement ring.

Manufacturing begins once you've approved both the final design and your chosen centre stone.
Depending on the design, your engagement ring will be either handcrafted using traditional jewellery manufacturing techniques or produced with the aid of CAD technology. The manufacturing process typically takes 4–6 weeks.
Every engagement ring is made on-site by Lisa in our Sunshine Coast jewellery studio, allowing us to maintain complete control over quality at every stage of production.
To commence manufacturing, a 30% deposit is required. The remaining balance is payable upon completion of your engagement ring.

Every engagement ring made at Set Together includes a lifetime warranty and manufacturing guarantee.
Also included is a Valuation for Insurance Purposes and complimentary lifetime polishing and checkups.

Starting range | 4K - 6K
Our custom engagement rings start from AUD $4,000. This covers the design and manufacturing of an engagement ring in 18ct gold or platinum, including a large lab-grown diamond (up to 2cts) or a natural sapphire of up to 1ct. It also allows for small accent diamonds set around the centre stone in a classic engagement ring design.

Midrange | 7K - 10K
From 7,000 to 10,000AUD, this price range allows for more intricate engagement ring designs, larger centre stones, including natural sapphires up to 2cts or natural diamonds up to 1ct, together with the ring handcrafted in 18ct gold or platinum as well as options for additional side diamonds.

Mid to high | 10K - 15K
The mid to high engagement ring budget provides access to premium natural sapphires up to 2.5cts and high-quality natural diamonds up to 1.5cts. It also includes a handmade ring in 18ct gold or platinum, with the option to incorporate multiple natural accent diamonds around the centre stone.
