Payments

Set Together Jewellery accepts VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Debit Card, and direct transfer. Our payment gateway is via Zeller and is secure, for more information about the Zeller gateway, click here.

Full payment of any item must be received before collection.

Returns Policy

Custom-made goods sold are non-refundable. All items are made to order therefore exchanges or returns are not offered for change of mind.

Goods sold from the online Shop range and instore from the display cabinet are fully refundable up to 30 days if the item is unworn.

International Shipping

Dependent on the recipient country and the relevant import laws, duties and taxes may be payable. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Warranty | Bespoke Jewellery

Our bespoke pieces come with a lifetime warranty, subject to the following conditions:

• Pieces must be cared for and worn according to our detailed care instructions.

• Only Set Together Jewellery is authorized to work on your piece, including cleaning or any other services. Any work performed by another jeweller, including resizing or repairs, will void the warranty. We recommend returning your piece to us for repairs or resizing, as we cannot take responsibility for any work done by other jewellers.

• To maintain your warranty, pieces should be returned to Set Together Jewellery at least once a year for complimentary servicing. This includes a full polish, cleaning, stone checking and tightening, and an assessment of claws and bands for any damage or weaknesses.

• While we stand by our warranty, fine jewellery can still be subject to accidental damage. We strongly recommend insuring your piece to cover any damage outside of our warranty. In cases of accidental damage, we will assist with repairs at cost. This includes repairs to chipped or scratched stones, as well as damaged claws or bands, or the replacement of a piece if necessary.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for repairs or servicing.

• Bespoke pieces are eligible for one complimentary resize. Any additional resizing will be charged at cost, and pricing will be quoted on a case-by-case basis.
