Yes, we can create new jewellery from your existing jewellery.

The cost depends on the complexity of your new piece, how many stones need to be removed, and how much metal you want to remelt. You can expect a cost between $1200 for a simple remake up to $6000 for a more complex job.

We measure and count all the existing gemstones, we can estimate these measurements from a photo. Designs are drawn up using what you have, and then we discuss what design will be best. When the design is finalized, we get to work by removing all the stones measuring and weighing each one, inspecting all the metal to ensure there will be no contaminants, then the gold is weighed, melted down and manufactured to the chosen specifications.

Yes, we return all your left-over gemstones and can either return the unused gold, or credit the gold to your job.

No, jewellery designs can be done via email. After you send us a photo of your jewellery next to a ruler, we design concepts incorporating your gemstones and gold.

Yes, sending jewellery within Australia and around the world is safe, if you are concerned with posting jewellery, extra insurance cover is also an option.
